Privacy Policy

Draft. This page is a placeholder and is being finalised. It is not yet a complete legal document.

Samelo AI is a trading name of Wayne Kenny, a sole trader in the UK. This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and has no forms that store data: the contact form only opens your own email app.

If you email us, we use your name, email and message only to reply and, if you become a customer, to provide our services. We don't sell your data. You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

For client services such as the AI receptionist, the client remains the data controller for their customers' data; full details will be set out in our client agreement.
